Hulk (Sakaarian Champion) is a version of the Hulk as portrayed in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). This iteration is specifically seen in the movie *Thor: Ragnarok*. He is the same Hulk as Doctor Bruce Banner, the scientist exposed to gamma radiation who transforms into a powerful green humanoid.
In *Thor: Ragnarok*, Hulk has been the champion of Sakaar for two years, having arrived there after the events of *Avengers: Age of Ultron*. He became a gladiator, revered by the Sakaaran people and controlled by an obedience disk. He battles various opponents in the Grandmaster's Contest of Champions.
